2. Pay your processing fee (full time students only).
- This processing fee is $40 (CAD) and is non-refundable.
- This fee can be paid online by sending an e-transfer to ecbctuition@eastcoastbiblecollege.ca.
3. Submit required documents.
Transcripts
- Applicants are required to submit official transcripts from high school or former post-secondary programs.
- Applicants can arrange to have physical copies of official transcripts mailed to the address below:

Pastoral reference
- As part of our application process, you are required to submit one pastoral reference form to be filled out by a pastor who has known you in a local church context for two years or more.
Once your reference filled out their form, have them email it to us at admissions@eastcoastbiblecollege.ca, or mail it to us by using the address below:

4. Receive a decision.
- Once your application and required documents have been received and processed, you will receive a decision. Review times may vary.
